Ordering process for our custom loft doors:

The maximum size we can offer for a door is 900 mm in width and 2400 mm in height.

Once we receive the exact dimensions of the wall opening from you, we begin preparing a detailed technical drawing that takes into account all relevant dimensions and details of the door and its position within the opening.

We will send you this drawing for review and approval. Only after your written confirmation will we begin production of your custom-made door.

Door construction:

Concealed aluminum door frame in two colors: gray/aluminum or black. Door with concealed aluminum frame. Door height up to 240 cm. Doors are flush with the wall. Installation in all types of walls is possible. The door is included in the delivery and consists of a 40 mm thick door leaf with a honeycomb insert, coated on both sides with a 4 mm thick MDF top layer and a primer. The doors are suitable for surface treatment (paint, wallpaper, or concrete screed).

The raw aluminum frame is designed for flexible wall thicknesses starting at 60 mm and is suitable for installation in masonry or plasterboard walls. A fiberglass mesh attached to the frame counteracts potential stress cracks at the transition to the wall. The frame is prepared at the factory using CNC precision milling for the hinge mount and strike plate. The door leaf is supplied with a door seal that extends to the upper part of the frame.

The required three-dimensionally adjustable door hinges, as well as a magnetic latch lock and strike plate, are included in the scope of delivery, making this a completely worry-free product. Simply select a matching handle set according to your requirements.
